Join the Rabbit Trade Team
Rabbit Trade is looking for energetic and responsible individuals to join our operations team as RT Runners – Operations Associates.
This role combines warehouse operations, procurement pickups, order preparation, and logistics activities. Approximately 80% of the job is based inside our facility, while around 20% involves outdoor tasks, such as collecting products from suppliers or delivering shipments to courier hubs.
Responsibilities
- Collect products from suppliers within Downtown Cairo and bring them to our facility.
- Check received products to ensure they match the required quantities and specifications.
- Perform initial quality checks and make sure products are received in good condition.
- Record receiving and inventory operations using Rabbit Trade's internal systems.
- Organize and store products in their designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, prepare and pack orders for our different sales channels.
- Hand shipments over to courier companies or deliver them to courier hubs when required.
- Receive returned products, inspect them and restock eligible items.
- Maintain an organized and clean working environment.

Follow the company's procedures for handling products, inventory and shipments.
Must Have
- Own a bicycle and be comfortable using it.
- Be able to navigate Downtown Cairo and surrounding areas efficiently.
- Be physically active and comfortable handling products and working in a warehouse environment.
- Be punctual, responsible and reliable.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Be comfortable using mobile and computer applications and willing to learn how to use the company's internal systems.
- Be willing to learn warehouse, procurement and e-commerce operations.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in delivery, warehouse operations or procurement is an advantage but is not required.
Working Hours
- 8 hours per day – 6 days per week.
- Additional working hours may be available depending on operational requirements and workload.
